- If you are flying: arrive at either Edinburgh or Glasgow airport, a bus to the local main train station and then a train to Pitlochry where pick up at about 3pm for an additional cost. If you're travelling by train or bus: get the train or bus to Pitlochry, collect at 3pm
Curriculum
Arrival day: Arrival at either location is from 3.30pm. settle into your cosy bedroom, familiarise yourself with the beautiful surroundings. enjoy 1 warm restorative practice ( 60 mins); followed by dinner and chance get to know the other guests.
Daily: Wake up to a hot yoga class. usually around 8am . followed by breakfast. the rest of the day is your own, to relax, cycle, walk, try some archery or therapies or whatever you choose to do. enjoy a warm yoga class (60 mins) on the saturday evening and taste of tai chi on the sunday, both followed by dinner.
Departure day : Morning yoga, breakfast, then you are off home.
